CSE Members
- Parent/guardian of student
- General education teacher (minimum of one, if child is/may be in General Ed)
- Special education teacher/provider (minimum of one)
- School psychologist
- District representative (chair)
- Others with knowledge/expertise
- Individual to interpret evaluations (may serve dual role with any of the professional members listed above, but not the parent)
- School physician (if requested, 72 hours notice)
- Additional parent member (if requested, 72 hours notice)
- Agency representative (for transition planning; with parent consent)
- Student, if appropriate
Subcommittee Members
- Parent/guardian of student
