Review key strategies presented in the first three modules and expand discussion and practice for applying them for classroom implementation.
Explore strategies for scaffolding content instruction at varying proficiency levels and fostering ELLs’ access to content during distance learning and hybrid instruction.
This turnkey session will provide an overview on translated webinettes that will be available for teachers, students and parents for asynchronous supports. The webinettes will focus on a mini lesson on high -everage concepts in Math, Science, SS, and ELA for secondary students.
Understand how to make content comprehensible for ELLs/MLs, how language impacts learning, and specific ways to create meaning for students who speak other languages.
